Pheasant Creek is a townhome community located in Lakewood, Colorado. We have 398 units, a swimming pool, playground and many beautiful common areas in a park-like setting.
The community is governed by a five member Board of Directors who are homeowners in the community and elected for three year terms. The Board of Directors are:
